Use of the service
NeverLookBad provides personal styling suggestions based on the information and photos you provide. You must be 18 or older to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for how you use the suggestions we provide.
Tokens and payments
Styling sessions consume tokens. Token packs are sold in advance; purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused tokens except where required by law. Token balances do not expire unless otherwise stated (e.g. promotional or free-trial tokens may have an expiry).
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to harass others, or to upload content you do not have the right to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice where appropriate.
